A Decent Central Hotel
great location patio space sound proofing oily items
The location was great. I could easily walk to all attractions from the hotel. The room was clean and included air conditioning. There was also a lovely patio space.
There was no sound proofing. I could hear everything happening outside and in the hallways. The breakfast items tasted oily.

central location rooftop terrace
the hotel location is very central, offering easy access to shops. breakfast was nice. i found the rooftop terrace very useful. it was nice to relax and soak up the sunshine .
The air conditioning was not functioning properly. I found the room temperature uncomfortable.

The location offered easy access to many key attractions. My room was clean, a detail i deeply appreciate. I found the roof terrace so beautiful. A true urban escape.
The air conditioning unit seemed quite old. It made considerable noise at night. Sound proofing was a clear issue, i could hear a lot of noise.

central location, great find
central location convenient bus taxi access walking distance
i liked the central location near plaza del duque! the bus stop was right outside the hotel, including the hop-on hop-off service. i found taxi pick-up and drop-off convenient. walking to nearby attractions within 15-30 minutes was easy.
The elevator noise was noticeable. My room was some distance away, but i could still hear it.

breakfast offered plenty of choice, though it was quite busy. i noticed that the breakfast room did not have windows with views. a wide variety of breakfast foods were available to guests each morning.

the hotel had a lovely roof terrace that i visited. the reception operates 24 hours a day providing assistance at any time. a taxi rank is located just outside the hotel making travel quite easy!

The staff were helpful and friendly when i interacted with them. the front desk staff was accommodating with requests. They offered recommendations for local dining. the staff maintained a clean environment within the hotel.

The location was very central. I could walk everywhere. The staff seemed kind. The room was clean and comfy.
Breakfast wasn't good value. I requested gluten free food, but I received it next day. The breakfast service seemed not interested in providing good service. The food wasn't of great quality.
